Here's my first packaging solution for the GrabCAD Challenge here:

In my concept, 8 layers of 25 switches make up a 200 count box order. Of course, any calculable array of 200 can be used, and I used 25 unit layers to specifically minimize the footprint of the injection mold tooling.
My design features a drafted .04" thick plastic with a "ribbed" cage on the underside of the frame for reinforcement & stabilization. The top side (product loading side) has simplified geometry that encases the switch product as well as orient it's space for shipping.
I'll likely make an update to refine the design...but for now...
