Sustainapack Concept 2

Welcome to my second design for the Sustainapack challenge:
https://grabcad.com/challenges/the-sustainapack-challenge

In both of my concepts:
- Tray can safely store switches whether they have brackets attached or not.
- With brackets attached, switches remain secure in position even in cases of abrupt vertical movements or vibrations during transport. Because there is headroom above switches without brackets, I added a 'stem' protruding from bottom of each unit enclosure, acting as stopper for the switch below it. So during transport, even bracket-less switches cannot jostle out of position. (Note: stopper stems do not touch switches in resting position.)
- Only trays, not switches, feel weight of what's stacked above.

This design also allows the switches to be placed in any of three orientations within the enclosure.

Each tray holds 25 switches, where 8 trays stacked makes a 200-count package that fits into a square box.

...

UNIT
[_] 1 switch enclosure; x25 per Tray
[_] hexagon: 115mm x 100mm x 76.5mm (4.5" x 3.9" x 3")
[_] weight: 17g *

TRAY
[_] 25 Units per Tray
[_] 550mm x 550mm x 76.5mm (21.6" x 21.6" x 3")
[_] weight (empty): ~466g (~1 lb)
[_] weight (loaded, no brackets): 1216g (~2.6 lbs)
[_] weight (loaded, with brackets): 1591g (3.5 lbs)

STACK
[_] 8 Trays per Stack for package of 200 switches.
[_] dimensions (without top): 550mm x 550mm x 437mm (21.6" x 21.6" x 17.2")
[_] there will be a top and maybe bottom

* weights are estimates using high-density PE as material selected for evaluation.
