non (yet) printable components(for a pair of speakers):
-Dayton audio TCP115-4 4" woofer
-Dayton Audio ND16FA-4 5/8" tweeter
-8 m4 nuts
-8 m4 srews
-wires
-4 3,3 uf non polarised capacitors or film capacitors
-2 0.12 mh coils (Air core)
-2 0.75 mh coils (Air core)
-2 4.7 ohm 10 w resistors
-2 speaker terminals
-lots of glue
Instructions:
step 1: print every file twice for a pair of speaker enclosures
Step 2: glue the back plate onto the enclosure
step 3: seal the enclosure from the inside
step 4: feed the m4 nut holder into the hole of the enclosure and glue it to the inside using m4 nuts and screws as a guide
step 5: glue on the tweeter enclosure onto the woofer enclosure using a flat surface as a guide and drill a small hole for wires into the woffer enclosure
step 6: glue the spacers to the speaker stand
step 7: glue the speaker stand to a 16x16 cm plate (doesn't have to be wood)
step 8: assemble the crossover acording to plan (or design a better one) and put it inside or outside of the enclosure
step 9: wire the speakers to the crossover , put the tweeter in and screw the woofer in place using m4 screws
