A Raspberry Pi Zero case specially designed for the Pimoroni Unicorn pHAT. The Raspberry Pi Zero ports are fully accessible and the top snaps securely to the bottom. The cover uses .2m of plastic almost directly on top of the LEDs to give a bright but every so slightly diffused look. I recommend either white or clear to allow full color spectrum.
Print the top, bottom, and support pins. Assemble by pressing the Raspberry PI (Carefully!) into the bottom of the case. Add the support pins and install the Unicorn pHAT.
When installing the top, realize the clips are not centered. Because of the geometry of the Raspberry Pi Zero, the clips are slight offset to the MicroSD card. Make sure you put the top on in the correct direction!
Once the top is installed, it is difficult to take apart without breaking the clips on the case. If you do need to remove the cover, press on the side with the microUSB/HDMI adapters to release that clip first. Then gently the opposite side free. A small screwdriver is handy.
