The start/stop button is a safety feature of your table saw. So I do not recommend to replace the original parts. If you do what I did, you do it at your own risk!
The original start/stop button attachment of the Bosch GTS10XC is not very good. There are alternative designs, but they still are far from what I was looking for. So I decided to design my own version.
It consists of three parts:
the lever: print it placed on its side using red filament, 0.2mm layer height, 3 perimeters, 25% infill. You will need support only at the hole for the axis (see screenshot). Paint-on-support in the new Prusaslicer 2.3.0 is great for this.
the button: I decided to do a two color design. Print the button in 0.2mm layer height using green filament. For layers 3 to 5 switch to yellow filament (see screenshot)
the trigger: print it in any color you like in 0.15mm layer height. This is important to make the bridging trick work for the upside down screw holes (see screenshot).
The trigger might have to be sanded slightly, so that the switch moves smoothly. Use 2 M4x10 screws to attach the trigger to the button.
You might have to partially drill the axis hole using a 3.5mm drill.
As always, my design has been created using OpenSCAD. Due to rounding errors (happens to me quite often when using OpenSCAD in combination with Prusaslicer) the lever STL file had to be repaired using an online service.

Happy printing! - And then please post a Make! Thank you very much!
