Two limit Switch Mounts and Two Triggers for Limit switches.
To Suit Shapeoko2 Z Axis - Difficult to apply limit switches without a mount.
Uses M3 Hardware to mount.
Files in STL and Inventor Parts.
See Rendering, the printed parts are in blue.
Tested and working perfectly, need to bend the limit switch arm on top switch down to meet trigger point, which is inserted onto aluminium spacer
The ZBottSwitchMount.stl part has slotted holes at the back so m3 bolts can be slid/positioned so your switch is at height you want it to be. You do need to drill two small holes in your spindle plate to secure the mount. I tap them to m3 but you could also chuck a nut on the back.
Note, you need to bend the limit switch arm to meet the top Z axis trigger, I also bend the others to set the exact depth I want it to stop at and make sure there is some room for error - these limit switches can sometimes not trigger after some time when the trigger arm begins to bow - so much safer to bend it out so that will never happen!!
