DN50 Unterdruckventil / DN50 Vacuum valve by daschaefe

Mein Design eines DN50 Unterdruckventils. Woanders kostet eine DN40 Variante 17 Euro, dieses hier für euch für lau ;)
Das Ventil könnt ihr direkt auf ein DN50 Rohr aufstecken.
Wofür ist das Ventil ? Damit sich bei blockiertem Absaugkanal eurer Absauganlage nicht das Gefäß (Metalfass, PlastikFass etc.) zusammen zieht.
Weitere benötigte Teile:
Bitte druckt euch von diesem Design den Stopfen (Dateiname "ZSB_Unterdruckventilgroß-_Unterdruckventil_3_groß-1.STL") aus.
3x M4x10 Schrauben
1x M5x40 oder M5x50 Schraube
2x M5 Mutter
3x M5 Unterlegscheibe
1x Feder (eine die über die M5 Schraube passt, ggfs. selbst kürzen)
Preis ? Inklusive Filament keine 6 Euro.

You can put the valve directly on a DN50 pipe.
What is the valve for ? So that the container (metal barrel, plastic barrel etc.) does not contract when the suction channel of your suction system is blocked.

Please print out the plug from this design (file name "ZSB_Vacuum_Vacuum_ValveLarge-_Vacuum_Valve_3_Large-1.STL").
3x M4x10 screws
1x M5x40 or M5x50 screw
2x M5 nut
3x M5 washer
1x spring (one that fits over the M5 screw, if necessary shorten it yourself)
Price ? Including filament not more than 6 Euro.
