Das ist meine Version des Zyklonabscheiders über ein HT Rohr.
Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Remix, die Dateien habe ich in Fusion 360 selbst erstellt.
Es gibt zwei Versionen des Sauganschlusses (ein mal waagrecht und einmal um 15 Grad geneigt). Ich habe die waagrechte Variante montiert. Ein Test ergab, dass von 360 gr Staub 355 gr im Eimer landeten. Die zweite Variante gibt es, weil ich gelesen habe, dass eine Neigung um 15 Grad besser sei ... ausprobiert habe ich es nicht.
Folgende Dateien sind enthalten:
seitlicher Anschluss an das 110 mm HT-Rohr (waagrecht)
seitlicher Anschluss an das 110 mm HT-Rohr (15 Grad Neigung)
Anschluss für den Staugsauger für ein 50 mm HT-Rohr
Montageflansch für das 100 mm HT-Rohr auf einem Fass
Ein Eimer, wie auf dem Foto ist nicht zu empfehlen, weil sich dieser zusammenzieht, wenn der Sauganschluss blockiert wird.
In den nächsten Tagen, werde ich euch noch die Fusion 360-Dateien hochladen.
Ich werde mich noch einem besseren Adapter für den Staubsaugerschlauch (Grundig Bodyguard Multicyclonic VCC7070A) versuchen.

Fusion 360 Dateien hinzugefügt, so dass ihr eure eigenen Anpassungen leichter vornehmen könnt.

This is my version of the cyclone separator over a HT pipe.
This is a remix, but I created the files myself in Fusion 360.
There are two versions of the suction connection (one horizontal and one inclined by 15 degrees). I have mounted the horizontal version. A test showed that of 360 gr dust 355 gr landed in the bucket. The second version exists, because I read that a 15 degree inclination is better ... I have not tried it.
The following files are included:
lateral connection to the 110 mm HT-pipe (horizontal)
lateral connection to the 110 mm HT pipe (15 degree inclination)
Connection for the vacuum cleaner for a 50 mm HT pipe
Mounting flange for the 100 mm HT pipe on a barrel
A bucket like the one in the picture is not recommended, because it will shrink if the suction port is blocked.
In the next days, I will upload the Fusion 360 files.
I will try a adapter for the vacuum cleaner hose (Grundig Bodyguard Multicyclonic VCC7070A).
