Rear wing support for Xiaomi MiJia M365 Scooter
This item is still in testing phase.
This frame is designed to remove/eliminate vibrations occurring during the movement of the scooter on bumpy surface. This design is not designed to withstand the weight of an adult or child's human foot, is not designed to take on the load of falling foreign objects on the wing, is not designed to provide protection in an accident.
1) Print the details.
2) Remove the wing.
3) Print the pattern from PDF to A4 sheet. Bend a bicycle needle with a diameter of ⌀ 2 mm.№1 Bend angle should be as accurate/сlean as possible, use vise and hammer to bend. The length of the tip is no more than 4 mm, cut the excess with the side cutters, first forming a deep groove of the cut in a circle, and then just break off and process with a file.№2 Better bending Angle is closer to 180° (straight). The length of the tip is not more than 6-7 mm.
4) Prepare all the details.Carefully go through the holes with a drill diameter 2 mm, but do not increase diameter of the holes.Sand and degrease.
5) Sand and degrease the inside of the scooter wing.
6) Glue 2 lugs to the scooter wing using the instant glue - !gel!
7) Screw the workpiece made from bicycle needle with the parts of the legs.
8) Press the workpiece into the holes of the lugs using pliers.
9) Mount the wing with the workpiece installed in the lugs.
10) Level the legs on the same lenght and mark the place of gluing with the scooter's frame.
11) Sand, degrease the frame and stick legs.
If you did everything correctly, the spoke should have an extremely tight fit in the ears.
Do not use a cheap instant glue, as well as fake, otherwise there is a high probability of tearing off the fixing places.
This design is not the development of the manufacturer of the scooter and is not an integral part of the scooter necessary for installation. Remember don't go crazy, it's your scooter after all, you have noone but yourself to blame if something goes wrong.

Конструкция находится на этапе тестирования.
Данная рама разработана с целью удаления/избавления от вибраций происходящих во время движения самоката по неровным поверхностям. Данная конструкция не рассчитана на выдерживание веса взрослой или детской человеческой ноги, не предназначена принимать на себя нагрузки падения посторонних предметов на крыло, не способна обеспечить защиту при дтп.
1) Распечатайте детали.
2) Демонтируйте крыло.
3) Распечатайте лекало с PDF на А4 листе. Согните по контуру велосипедную спицу диаметром ⌀ 2 мм.№1 Угол сгиба должен быть максимально ровным / чистым, используйте тиски и молоток для сгиба. Длинна кончика составляет не более 4 мм, излишек обрежьте бокорезами, сначала сформировав глубокую канавку реза по кругу, а после просто отломите и обработайте напильником.№2 Угол сгиба тем лучше, чем ближе к 180° (прямой). Длинна кончика не более 6-7 мм.
4) Подготовьте все детали.аккуратно пройдите отверстия сверлом ⌀ 2 мм, но не рассверливайте.ошкурите и обезжирьте.
5) Ошкурите и обезжирьте внутреннюю часть крыла самоката.
6) Приклейте 2 ушка к крылу самоката используя секундный клей - !гель!
7) Скрутите заготовки из спиц с деталями ножек.
8) Запрессуйте спицы в отверстия ушек используя пассатижи.
9) Смонтируйте крыло с установленными в ушки спицами.
10) Выровняйте ножки на одном уровне и разметьте место склеивания с рамой.
11) Ошкурите, обезжирьте раму и приклейте ножки.
Если вы все сделали правильно спица должна иметь крайне тугую посадку в ушки.
Не используйте дешевый секундный клей, а так же подделки, в противном случае высока вероятность отрыва мест крепления.
Данная конструкция не является разработкой производителя самоката и не является неотъемлемой частью самоката, необходимой к установке. Помните, что это ваш самокат и не стоит сходить сума проводя его улучшения, и вам не кого винить кроме себя, если что то пошло не так.
