28 Mar 2018: Added v3, which is the same as v2 but with improved rubber band hooks added. I recommend printing this version as it provides the improved ergonomics and brings back the rubber band hooks in case the friction fit doesn't work for you.

I'm using Moonlight to stream games from my PC. I figured I might as well have the controller connect to the computer rather than routing it through the phone.
