The Eye of Qo'noS

The Eye of Qo'noS (Cronos) is one of the most important relics on the home planet of the Klingons.
The eye is made of a piece of glowing Ptáchoch, dug out of the molten heart of Cronos and caught in a graviton field.
The deadly radiation is shielded by a cast alloy of Spólch and Skrá-ockg, that can only be found deep in the frozen cavities of the S'pragolch penitentiary mines.

This relic is used by the matriarch of the high councel, the "tlhIngan yejquv" in official and ceremonial gatherings, as a display of unconditional ruling over all the inhabitants of Cronos.

When a high ranking officer is judged for his crimes against the empire and sentenced to death by the "tlhIngan yejquv", he will be granted the honor to hold the unshielded Ptáchoch. Death will be very painful and almost instant but honor full. A warriors Death.

This is called the Ptáchoch Sk'gach Qo'noS. (taken by Mother Cronos) and there will be no entries in the Sq'rkogs (official records of the high counsel) of the committed crime only of the honor-full passing to the Qt'rgh (the afterlife) where all the warriors will meet again.
