This is a very custom project / build log. I began designing this case in November of 2015 long before I owned a 3D Printer. I am only uploading STL's that I have successfully printed, and I have gotten to work
Goal:
Design and build a handheld game console using a Raspberry Pi
Current parts list:
Raspberry Pi5" LCD TouchscreenPimoroni OnOff SHIMSoft Tactile Buttons (2 packs)Tactile Buttons (1 pack)18650 Batteries (2 batteries total)
Battery Holder:
I'm currently using these ones, but I think these would be better (2nd would need minor modification to the current case model)Adafruit ItsyBitsy 32u4PSP Joysticks (2 total)Micro SD Card the faster the better (U3 recommended)Jst cables (optional but helpful)6 inch Micro USB extension cableFemale Type A USB JackHeatsinks (optional)USB Audio CardHeadphone Jack with in/outStereo 3w amp5 pin Pot dial20mm Loudspeaker (2 needed)
18650 charging board: Currently using these, however these have power out and over discharge protection and may be better(?) - would likely require minor modification to case design.3v to 5v 3a Boost converter
