Raspi Zero W is a remarkable little machine. In order to make it more portable I added:
-3.7V 1500mAh LiPo w/protection (similar to this one http://www.ebay.de/itm/1x-Lipo-Akku-LxBxH-52-x-34-x-5-3-mm-3-7V-1000mAh-1S-JST-Stecker-523450-/351726193712)
-Charger circuit (http://www.ebay.de/itm/lipo-lion-Akku-Lademodul-mit-Schutz-TP4056-Arduino-Solar-charger-Raspberry-Pi/171853977388?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649)
-5V Stepup (http://www.ebay.de/itm/Pololu-5V-Step-Up-Spannungsregler-U3V12F5-2115/272202545808?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649)
-USB HUB (TRUST UHB-204, stripped of its casing)
More materials:
-Mini toggle switch
-2.2mm screws of various length
-Some wire
The USB HUB and 5V have to be soldered CAREFULLY to the underside of the PI Zero as per this project: http://www.instructables.com/id/Raspberry-Pi-Zero-OTG-Hack-Add-a-Fullsize-Connecto/
Sealing the solder joints with some hot resin is perhaps a good idea
I am still waiting for the HUB so no pics yet
Printing was done w/PLA at an ugly 0.2mm, 0.4mm nozzle
