Most Raspberry Pi cases do not use screws to stick the top and bottom together. These screwless cases have the disadvantages that top and bottom do not stick well together. In addition, top and bottom must fit perfectly. The latter is often hard to achieve with consumer 3d printers. Therefore, I searched for a case that keeps top and bottom together using screws.
The user SKL designed a Raspberry Pi Case with Hex Bolts (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:77499). I, however, did not like the screw size. So, I decided to create a new design with M3 screws, instead.
As SKL did not provide the source SCAD-files, but only the stl files, I used the design of lincomatic (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:24945) as a starting point.
I used a RepRap Mendel to print the case. M3 screws of 25mm length are required to screw top and bottom together.
