This is a transmission line speaker box that I designed. It is based on the principle of using the speed of sound to amplify the output of the speaker. As the speaker pushes a sound wave backwards into the box by the time it comes out of the front it is aligned with the forward motion of the next sound wave coming from the front of the speaker. It uses a 50 Watt Bluetooth amplifier, two Faital Pro 3" Full-Range Woofers 8 Ohm, a Kaster 12V 6A power supply 5.5mm * 2.5 mm and some wire. I used a reality CR-10 to print the housing that has the holes for the speakers and the amplifier as well as a raceway for the wiring. I had to go back and drill and tap the housing holes for 6-32 screws. The sided pieces were cut from 1/8th inch acrylic using a Redsail Laser cutter. I had to drill those holes out slightly larger than the screws. I mounted the amplifier using screws out of a laptop screw kit I had laying around. This model cannot be scaled up to fit larger speakers due to changing the length of the enclosure changes the tuning.
