A set of mounting brackets for X/Y/Z endstop switches. Also has fine adjustment bolts.
Requires additional mounting hardware (so far):
6x M2 12mm machine screws (philips head, countersunk)
6x M2 hex nut
2x M3 20mm (or 30mm) socket head bolts
6x M3 10mm socket head bolts
7x M3 hex nut
4x M3 20mm socket head bolts (to replace 15mm bolts in the Z and X steppers that might be too short once these brackets have been mounted)
All parts printed and tested and verified to work now. If you are using Laird's extruder housing with the fan attached then you won't need an X adjuster arm - the fan frame itself lines up perfectly with the switch - so I did not include one. Using any other extruder might require creating something to hit the X endstop switch properly.
You should remove the metal lever arms from switches to improve consistency of activation (the metal lever can bend). Adjuster bolts will hit the tiny red switch buttons directly.
Updated Feb 9 2014 - Added shortened version of X/Z bracket to recover an additional 15mm of Z travel. This version should be used with my bowden extruder design (which maximizes the available z travel).
