This is a stealth case for a Leonardo Pro-Mini arduino. These are great little boards that can emulate mouse and keyboard movements, but perhaps you want something that doesnt look too obvious. What could be more stealth than an Oreo with a USB lead poking out of it.
I'm using my one to "tap" the windows key every 2 mins to stop the screen lock kicking in and logging me off the VPN
I use some 3mm PLA to provide pins to lock the 3 parts together that seems to work. It can be used with either a USB adapter or a short USB lead. The OREO started out as a file from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:462350 and jigged about to be 45mm in diameter like a real OREO and scooped out filling to fit the board.
