MK8 Silicon shape by cheffeundwackl

Hallo,
ich habe an mein e3d Hotend den grösseren (und günstigeren) Heizblock vom MK8 angebaut. Finde ich besser zum festklemmen der Heizpatrone. Da die Kühlung manchmal (zumindest bei mir) zu thermischen Problemen führt (die Luft bläst auf den Temperatursensor) hab ich dem eine Siliconhülle gegeben. Gegossen hab ich das mit folgendem Silicon http://shop1.r-g.de/art/415120-P.
Ich habe 1 x eine einteilge Form gemacht, 1 x eine 2teilige mit M6 Schrauben. Die 2-teilige lässt sich besser entformen. Die Wandstärke beträgt 3 mm. Der Heizblock hat die Abmessung 20x20x10
Aktuell hab ich noch das Problem, dass es wenn es warm ist (300°) noch etwas "düftelt". Aber ich hoffe dass das bald der Vergangenheit angehört. Ansonsten, wenn jemand ein Guss-Silicon hat, das nicht "düftelt" kurze Nachricht. Danke.

I have attached to my e3d judgment the larger (and cheaper) heating block of the MK8. I find better to clamp the heating cartridge. Since the cooling sometimes (at least with me) leads to thermal problems (the air blows on the temperature sensor) I have given a silicone cover. I have poured the following with the following silicone http://shop1.r-g.de/art/415120-P.
I have made 1 x a one-part mold, 1 x a 2-part with M6 screws. The 2-part can be demoulded better. The wall thickness is 3 mm. Heating block have the dim. of 20x20x10.
Currently I still have the problem that if it is warm (300 °) still smell bad. But I hope that soon belongs to the past. Otherwise, if someone has a cast silicone that does not smell bad, short message. Thank you.
