This is nearly identical to the original https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4631288 except the "middle" section between the fan and the flat bottom area has been reduced in height to 80% to accommodate the slightly shorter Creality Ender compatible MK8 style hot end.
Unfortunately, this wasn't compatible with my "creality" brand fan, though it should work fine for other fans that have a slightly thinner case. I'll come back and get photos when I have a more compatible fan. If this works for you, please post a make!
The FreeCAD project will be available from my github, but it's apparently over the Thingiverse size limit.
