I designed this to make an enclosure for my Wanhao i3Plus out of three Ikea Lack tables.
It cosists of three different kind of parts and some hinges for the door.
It is very similar to other enclosure designs here on thingiverse, but made it mostly as an exercise in Fusion 360....
Corner 1 Top: 2 of this is required.
Corner 2 Top: Print one as it is, and one mirrored. (I only made one kind of this since mirroring is quite easy to do in Cura.)
The top corners are mounted between the legs and top of the Lack table. The screws enclosed with the table goes through the hole in the middle of the printed pieces.
Corner 1 Bottom: 2 of this is required.
Corner 2 Bottom: Print one as it is, and one mirrored. (I only made one kind of this since mirroring is quite easy to do in Cura.)
The bottom corners are screwed on to the cormers of the middle Lack table. After mounting them to the table, the plexiglass sides can slide into the slots on the printed corners. The Top Lack table is put on top of the bottom corners, and the plexglass sides can slide into the slots on the top corners. The legs of the top Lack table is then secured to the bottom corners with screws.
The Lac_Stack piece is used for stacking several Lack tables without any side panels. They are secured to the tabletop and lack legs using screws.
The hinges are used for the door of the enclosure. Each hinge requres 2 hinge ends and one midsection.
I am using this spoolholder inside the enclosure: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:32204
