Hello.Here is some first parts for gold concentrator. I'm just testing.He was never in the river :P .Now im still printing so everything is still in progres.. ( my english :P First partition 1+ need TOP solid layer on 6 ,
button solid layer 6 and Shells (outline ) on 6 .This part must have strong shell beacouse you filter sand,rocks :D Better use on every object. Many walls i was make on 3 mm .
NEWS :
part- gold concentrator PIPE IN is now for 25mm HOSE( internal size)
new pipe out with REDUCTION from 20mm /14,2 mm (pipe out reduction have 20,2 mm !
PIPE OUT dont have 75mm but 74,80mm so it will be tight
:P)
partition 1 now have some small upgrade on top
new first prototype CHECK VALVE for hub 40-40-67 . Screw on home-made silicone :P valve
PIPE OUT is was too much small new one is of 0,8mm bigger from 74,80mm on 75,60
check valve repair again on 36,698 :D (35,9 is too small and 36,9 is too big ! :D
reduction was too much big :D now have 19,6 mm no 20,2

here is loot of work .valve and pipe in .working very well.reduction out i change 3 times :DEvery object i change 2 times :P but now i must make another one valve beacouse gold pump have 2 :P but this is very hard part .
now is done but pump valve 2 is little big .. if you have problems use sandpaper .P
new bigger support for nylon cable ties
Another one partition for 6 mm threaded rod
valve 1 have stronger inside walls
check valve have more space on top
first test - system working very well .There is problems just with check valves with this silicone valve
