One piece visor/face shield for thin clear film full face mask, latest iteration, minimizing pockets and seams for contamination. Should be quite rugged regardless of infill percentage. 90 degree version with some pivot points forming in the ether.
Minimize assembly and handling, no need for pins, hole punches or other parts.
PLA print this top down on glass will give the top edge a glass-like finish.
Baseball or painter's caps could work if there's nothing else.
