Original template model by airbusa330, airplanenerd777, dre737, elvis A and me. This A340-600 has one of the best special liveries around :)! This paint was rather hard to do because of the pattern on the tail and the gradient texture I had to make from scratch. I like it a lot now it's finished though! A6-EHJ was delivered to Etihad Airways in December 2008 and painted in the special 'Abu Dhabi Grand Prix' livery in January 2009. Etihad Airways is a flag carrier and the second-largest airline of the United Arab Emirates (after Emirates). Believe it or not, but the airline was founded in 2003(!) and started its flying operations on the 12th of November 2003 from their hub at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Etihad established their own airline alliance called Etihad Airways Partners in 2015. The airline currently operates 7 Airbus A340-642s.
