An embroidery bobbin winder that is designed to be used with those flat plastic bobbin cards. The slot is a wedge, so it should be able to take those plastic cards that you get from the hobby store and even the 3d printed ones that are on here.
It is designed to be clamped to a table so you can wind the bobbin with one hand and hold the floss in the other
