It is a filament spool holder. I used the extrusion for support of bearing ZZ626. With this trick I succeeded to save place next to the printer.
it was used the pipes with Ø7 mm, sure you can use other diameter, but the construction must be change.
You need:
screw M6 2 pieces
hexagon nut M6 2 pieces
bearing ZZ626 4 pieces
screw M3 x 6 4 pieces
screw M3 x 10 2 pieces
pipe Ø7 mm 8 cm 2 pieces
pipe Ø7 mm ca. 20.5 cm 1 piece
countersunk screw M4 x 10 mm 4 pieces
lock nut M4 for your extrusion 4 pieces
I cut the thread for M3 and M6 screws.
