M4kerM4n's Design is well designed (55mm square), and I just made an optimization for the large command picture hanger strips which are 75mm long. I made the plates rectangular with non-rounded corners (55x75mm) to support the entire adhesive strips.

For convenience, I have included the Mount Part (unmodified) from the original thing, as of 12-26-2020.
