Da ich Hinweise auf Probleme beim Druck von PLA bekommen habe, habe ich die Oberplatte geändert und einen Schild zur Umlenkung des Hotendkühlers angebracht.
So wird das Hotend auch weiter unten besser gekühlt.

Dies ist mein Extruder Halter für einen E3D V6 (oder Clone) montiert am CTCBis auf Luftauslass_V3 und Halter Radiallüfter werden alle Teile nur 1x benötigt.
Die Datei Luftauslass bitte in 0,15mm Layer Höhe drucken, der Rest kann in 0,2mm gedruckt werden.
Die Gewinde für den 40x40mm Hotendlüfter habe ich direkt in Halter_Oben mit der Schraube geschnitten. (Achtung: hierfür nur max 13mm Schrauben nutzen (wenn der Lüfter nicht dazwischen ist), sonst kann der Halter platzen!)

Zusätzlich benötigt werden:
6x M3x25mm Zylinderkopschrauben (30mm sollten auch noch gehen)
2-4x M3x20 (bei 10mm Hotendlüfter)
6x M3 MutternAls Bauteillüfter kommen diese Radiallüfter aus Israel zum Einsatz: Blower Fans

Aber Achtung! Die Lüfter Vertragen nur 5V! Ich habe sie daher an meinem Rumba Board an 12V angeschlossen und dann die Lüfter in Reihe geschaltet. Bei 24V, selbst in Reihe, werden die definitiv zerstört
Die Blower Fans habe ich nur geklebt.

Bei der Montage, erst die Blower fans montieren und dann den Rest.
Die Luftauslässe können ganz zum Schluß einfach von unten eingeschoben werden.
Meine Fotos zeigen noch die Version ohne mitgedrucktem Kabelhalter, daher die "professionellen" Strapsbänder ;)English

I received some feedback regarding problems with PLA filament, therfore I added a reflector shield to the part E3D V6 Mount_Oberplatte_V2. Now the lower part of the hotend gets more air for cooling.

These are my files to mount an E3D V6 (or Clone) on a CTC
Excepts Luftauslass_V3 and Halter Radiallüfter all parts are needed only once (1x)
Pls. print Luftauslass_V3 in 0,15mm Layer height, all other files can be printed in 0,2mm Layer height.
I cutted the threads for the 40x40mm Hotend-Fan directy with a M3x13 Cylinder head screw into Halter_Oben. (Be careful and use a max. 13mm Screw, otherwise you can destroy the Halter_Oben part if you don't have the fan inbetween.

Additionally you will need:
6x M3x25mm Cylinderheadscrews (30mm should work as well)
2-4x M3x20 screws (if your hotend fan is 10mm)
6x M3 NutsAs fans for cooling the printing, I use the fans from Israel: Blower Fans

Attention! These fans are made for 5V only! I connected them to my RUMBA Board at the 12V pin and mounted them in row, in this setup each of them gets 6V which is O.K. for them. You will defenitely destroy them if you attach them to 24V even if you solder them in row.
The Blower fans are glued to their holder.

Pls. mount the blower fans to the legs first and attach the Nozzles at the final stage by just pushing them into the holes.
My photos show the first version without the cableholder attached to the Halter_Obern. Thats why you see these "professional" cable ties. ;)
