As a way to combat over-consumption, I designed a model that fixes my old headphones. This is how I created a replacement hinge for Bowers & Wilkins P7 (wireless) headphones. These are for the right side speaker. Works with left side as well by mirroring the object before printing. You can do this in most slicers. The model is shaped after my head so fit may vary.
How to:

Check if you need to fix the hinge on the right or left side speaker. If you are fixing the right side, go to next step. If you're fixing the left side, you need to mirror the model in the STL file first.

Print the object, preferably in PETG or ABS because they are more durable than PLA.

Cut the old hinges (but not the cable!!!) a half centimeter before they twist, see image above for clarification. It is not super important that it is the correct length.

Paint the printed part (optional).

Stick the printed part into what's left of the old hinges. Leave some room at the top for the cable to move (see image above). Use a super super strong glue to adhere the printed object to the metal. I use epoxy, which has worked fine for the past 6 months. When drying the glue, make sure the plastic part and the hinges are positioned in a way that will be comfortable for your head afterwards. You will not be able to move the hinge much with this solution.

Clip in the speaker into the plastic part (see image above). Optionally, use glue if it falls off easily. I haven't glued it and it stays by friction well.
