This is my 5015 fan adapter and fan duct for the Biqu H2.
Printing:
The fan duct needs supports. I've printed it in PETG due to the closeness to the heater block.
The fan adaper need to be placed so the BLTouch slot is facing up. Supports not needed (can help with the hex nut inserts though).
The optional BLTouch adapter needs to face up, so it lays on the mounting surface.
Assembly:
If you want to use the BLTouch, first of all tap the screw hole by inserting a M3 bolt. This is a tight fit so some force may be required. One you tapped the hole, get the bolt back out.
Insert the hex nut for the fan (maybe secure it with a short bolt so it doesn't fall out. Attach the fan adapter to the extruder with 2x M3x8 bolts. Attach the fan with a M3x25 bolt and finally srecw in the fan shroud and adjust it to a good height.
Optionally:
Mount the BLTouch to the adapter using M3 bolts. If needed secure with hex nuts. Mount the assembly to the fan adapter with a M3x8 bolt and adjust the height so the tip of the probe sits ~3mm off the bed. (Pro tip: use a 3mm allen key as measuring helper).
Firmware changes:
Adjust the nozzle to probe offset in your firmware. It should be something around X+50mm Y-30mm. Do the probe z-offset wizzard.
Done!
