Had a bunch of iterations of this design. Ultimately, I'm a little ashamed to say that it ended up becoming just kind of a remix of the Hoverbot designed for 4-in-1 escs that's 3d printable. Beyond the print, you'll need 4 M3 nylon bolts and nuts - if you use nylon, I suggest hot gluing them a little bit as they'll undo themselves pretty easily.
THERE ARE TWO VERSIONS: "LUX" and "45"
Both frames should be paired with the appropriate guards and arms. The 45 is generally lighter and smaller. If you build a SUPER compact stack you might be able to just barely squeeze on 56mm props. But it'll be tight. Both have a limited amount of support under the frame - the 45 one is a little stiffer.
UPDATE: I posted an alternative frame for the LUX version with different support (BarricadeV2-LUX-AltSupport.stl). I'm hoping it'll be a little stiffer, but I haven't tested it. Please let me know if there are any issues with this design.
These should both fit 1102 all the way through 1104. The guard links should nestle in ok with 1102 motors on the 45 degree one - but I've only tested this with 1103/1104 motors and those fit. The LUX frame moves the connection point out farther to avoid any overlap.
You will need to file down the guard links and wedge them into the guard. I've been astonished how tough this thing is.
I printed this in Nylon (PCTPE for the prop protection arms and 910 for everything else). It's been super durable. The nylon frame is actually pretty flexible - but the quad doesn't seem to mind. You may wish to scale along the z index to make it stiffer. Or if you print in other materials that aren't as strong as nylon.
With both designs the largest prop you'll be able to fit is about 56mm and that'll be right at the limit. In the 45 degree version that means maybe clipping untidy wires - on the LUX version that means tapping a standoff or something.
The lightest one that I made was ~42g w/o battery on 1103's.
If you're looking for camera mounts I have a few but the Hoverbot camera mounts should work for the "LUX" version and Doinker/Swirlie mounts for the "45" version as those are based on 20x20 mounting as well.

The 45 degree version is the lightest, but with 4-in-1's it's hard to organize the build to take full advantage of the space, so I prefer the "LUX" version and the "LUX version should be stronger.

1.5mm might be a little too flexible. I'm not sure. I didn't order it yet, but I wanted people to have the option just in case they wanted it.

The 2mm version is shown above and it's awesome. It's 6.12g. So it's little heavier than my print, but it's worth the extra weight IMHO - flies great!
