I had issues with heatcreep while using Noctua 40x40x20 fans for the hotend. There are a few double/single adapters on thingiverse, but most of them are rather bulky.
I installed it on the Hero Me Gen 5 Fan duct. For this one i suggest to remove the inner "cross" for better airflow.
The adapter has holes to mount the fans with M3 Bolts.
Be sure to use supports on that one.
