These are the parts I used for my 100W Flashlight.
Idea: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c--5c3Egv4E
I know, mine is not looking like the one in the Video, but it's smaller, lighter and easyer to build (if you got an 3D printer ;) ).
I don't know what heat sink I used (I found it in my cellar).
It could be an arctic heat sink 80x80x35.
I think a XILENCE l110 will work, too. But no guarantee!
Parts I used:
Unknown Heat Sink 80x80x35
Unknown Fan 80x80
One more Fan 40x40
Fan grill 80x80
Fan grill 40x40
100W LED Chip (warm white, 32-36V, 3-3,5A, 7k-8k Lumen)
150W Step-Up Boost (adjusted to 31,5V)
Selfmade Voltage Divider (Schematic in Video)
10kOhm Wirewound 10-turn Potentiometer
Mini Step-Down Module for the Fans (adjusted to 11V)
5 XT60 connectors
Thick wires
Screws
12V Vehicle Jack

Old 19V Notebook AC/DC Adapter

Collimator Lens (still waiting for it)
3D Parts:
"Boost Plate" comes between aluminum heat sink and circuit board. You may have to resize it a bit, depends on the Boost you use.
"Cooler Holder" is used as a handle.
"Cooler Holder Poti" used as a handle with potentiometer.
"Cooler Stand" used as a foot (maybe print twice).
"Cooler Stand Text" is a foot with text on it (not nice to print ): ).
"Spacer" is a spacer between foot one and two.
I never would have guessed. :D
"StepUp Cover" protects the Step-Up Boost.
"StepUp Cover 2" protects the Step-Up Boost (Fan fits better).
"Poti Knob" is a customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:54024
I wanted to use "LEDFocus" as an adapter for an old projector-lens but.... Nah... Bad Idea. Too hot :o
