This is a model I've created of a pre-worboys road sign that was once erected in Derby, UK. The real sign was removed some years ago.
I created it for a project I'm working on but it could also be interesting to model railway enthusiasts, road enthusiasts, etc. It is modelled in 1:1 size just so that I could follow the old design manuals, I suspect I will need to reduce it to 25% size when printing so that it will fit on my printer.

The font used is AES Ministry; This was created by Harry Blackett & is is available for free on http://www.cbrd.co.uk/fonts.
I used the image attached as a reference, it was taken in October 2011 by Mark of Flickr (https://www.flickr.com/photos/61719529@N07/8327767261/)
I used the "Report of the departmental committee on traffic signs, 1944" as a design reference. Although, some guessing involved as this style of Pre-Worboys sign isn't shown. This was kindly uploaded to Flickr by Jon Barrow (https://www.flickr.com/photos/jonbarrow/5755675340/)
