Note: At some parts the printer makes 2 perimeters while the Setting is at 1 perimeter, it's ok and you can ignore it.
*The wing parts needs special caution: The vertical carriers needs to be in contact with the upper side of the wing and the upper side needs to be smooth and must be printed in one stroke. If your printer does not print the upper side in one stroke or there is a gap between the vertical carriers and the top, you need to adjust the extrusion width between 0.45 and 0.50!
Assembly instructions:
Parts and tools needed:
cutter knife, hot glue; CA-glue (be careful with hot-glue, it will possibly melt the PLA!), velcro or double-sided adhesive tape
Screws:
12x M3 screws with nuts and washers
6x thread cutting Screws, approximately 2x9 mm (pan head)
2x Screws for servo fixation
4x screws, delivered with your motor, M3 in my case
(For all screws, 8-10mm overall length might be ok)

LiPo 3S - Turnigy nano tech 1300mah
Propeller: 9x6 folding propeller

1x Hitec HS 81 (Elevator)
2x Top Spring SG 90 9G (Ailerons)

1x carbon tube 80mm x4mm (Wing fixation)
1x carbon tube 60mm x4mm (Wing fixation)
1x carbon tube 410mm (Elevator)
1x carbon tube 54 mm (Elevator)

(( In addition to these instructions see the photos and renderings I have uploaded! ))
For the front section, put the cover_fix_1 and cover_fix_2 on the cover with some CA-glue. Mount the motor. The ESC can be fixed with some hot-glue or double sided tape, don't twist the wires from the ESC to the motor. The LiPo fixation is the last step to set up the center of gravity- don't do that at this time!
The middle section needs the two carbon tubes with 80 and 60 mm, drill the holes a bit bigger if they are too small for the carbon tubes. If you want, fix the tubes with some CA-glue.
Take the two interfaces and put everything together with the M3 screws, nuts and washers.
The Rear section has a preparation for the servo, mount the fin before you put in the servo, otherwise the holes will be covered.
To put on the fin, use the holes on the bottom side of the fuselage to put through your screwdriver, i used a cable tie as a “finger extension” to hold the screws.
Mount the servo, drill the holes bigger if they are too small..
Print the elevator file two times, it is the same parte for left and right. Use the 410 mm and the 54mm carbon tube to connect all the parts
Connect the servo to the elevator, use a tough fixation, see the pictures!
To build up the Wing you will need the three 1000mm carbon tubes, put on all the wing and aileron parts. Use the aileron_interface_right and _left to put these aileron parts together, use some CA-glue.
The overall Wingspan is 990mm, so on both sides of the Wing the 4mm tubes will protrude approximately 5mm. Drill in two Thread cutting screws carefully on both sides of the 4mm tubes and cover them carefully but completely with some hot-glue.
I use this technique to easily interchange the wing parts if one is damaged- do not glue the single wing parts together!
For the servo installation you need some Hot-glue to fixate the servos, use steel wire to connect the servos to the ailerons.
Now you can put the front and rear section to the middle section by using the rest of the M3 screws.
Before fixating the rear section, i glued the nuts with some Hot glue to the inner side of the fuselage_interface_back.
Align the LiPo to get the right aerodynamic center (35mm) an fix it with velcro or double-sided adhesive tape.

Be sure you have the right elevator movement- check it by holding the plane above your head in one hand and run up the motor to 50%- move the elevator up and down and check to which direction the plane is moving.
Ailerons max: up: 15 deg
down: 15 deg
Note:
Please be careful using this RC Plane, it is not a toy and should not be used by Children or Beginners.
If you are not experienced with RC Planes, please get help and support by someone who is.
If you have never flown an RC Plane you should not start with this one. This plane flies with more than 77 kph / 48 mph.
The running propeller can possibly cut your finger or other parts of your body. PLA makes sharp edges when it is breaking!
Charged LiPo Batteries may explode and cause fire!
I calculated and designed this plane by myself- it is my first construction, let me know if you have any proposal for improvement.
