This is my design of a magnetic fan mount for the Anet A6. It's quite simple to install and brings the advantage, that you are able to switch the filament easy, instead of trying it until you are sweating.
What you need:
both parts
two M3x25 screws
four M3x16 screws
eight 6mmx2mm neodymium magnets (http://amzn.to/2I8BSX5)
glue
your cooling fan
Installation:
Take the part "Lüftermontage" and assemble your fan on it using the four M3x16 screws.
Glue four of the neodymium magnets on the other side of the holes.
Take the part "Lüfteraufnahme" and assemble it on the extruder using the two M3x25
Screws.
Put in the other four magnets in the four holes you find on this part. Don't glue them or
only both upper magnets. Maybe sometimes you still want to disassemble the part.
Connect your fan - you are done!

Normally I don't do advertisement, but this fan I bought for the project is definitely 110% worth its money. It is an ultraquiet fan. Sometimes I ask myself if the printer is already turned on.

Dies ist mein Design einer magnetischen Lüfterhalterung für den Anet A6. Sie ist sehr einfach zu installieren und bringt den Vorteil, dass Sie das Filament leicht wechseln können und sich nicht immer und immer wieder ärgern müssen, wenn das Filament nicht so will, wie Sie wollen.
Was Sie brauchen:
beide Bauteile
Zwei M3x25 Schrauben
Vier M3x16 Schrauben
Acht 6mmx2mm Neodym-Magnete (http://amzn.to/2I8BSX5)
Sekundenkleber
einen Lüfter (40x40x10), meine Empfehlung dazu weiter unten
Installation:
Nehmen Sie das Teil "Lüftermontage" und montieren Sie Ihren Lüfter mit den vier M3x16
Schrauben darauf.
Kleben Sie vier der Neodym-Magnete auf die andere Seite der Löcher.
Nehmen Sie den Teil "Lüfteraufnahme" und montieren Sie ihn mit den beiden M3x25
Schrauben am Extruder
Setzen Sie die anderen vier Magneten in die vier Löcher, die Sie an diesem Teil finden.
Kleben Sie sie nicht fest bzw.
nur die beiden oberen Magnete. Sonst is das zerlegen in Zukunft nicht mehr so einfach
möglich.
Schließen Sie Ihren Lüfter an - fertig!

Normalerweise mache ich keine Werbung, aber dieser Lüfter, den ich für das Projekt gekauft habe, ist definitiv 110% seines Geldes wert. Es ist ein extrem ruhiger Lüfter. Manchmal frage ich mich, ob der Drucker bereits eingeschaltet ist.
