DUAL Mechanical Ventilator - laser cut
10mm Plexiglas - UNIT
4mm Plexiglas - Base
All parts are offset from the other parts with 4mm and from the sheet edge with minimum 3mm.
I try to nest all parts on 500 X 500 mm plastic sheet, however some are not fitting in one sheet...
Pads should be made of 10mm ; however I add them to the 4mm sheet also.
Can be used by two patients at the same time!
Are included all .dfx files for laser cutting.
Mechanical parts - Size and Data - all included
It use two Nema 23 steeper motor.
Movement of the ARMS need to be controlled by a pressure sensor what control the air pressured supplied to the patient. Frequency is going to be set by by the medical staff manually.

ARM PADS position can be adjusted in order to achieve the desire volume of air on each bag; in this way machine can sustain simultaneous two patients! Unfortunately, at the same rates... anyway... better something... than nothing!
Example : No extra nuts/spacers - low volume; two nuts/two spacers - medium volume; four nuts/spacers - full volume.
Tests need to be made in order to find the exact distance between PADS and ARMS pad!
