The overall project is to make a robot about 75cm tall. To begin, I identified 2 types of movement for all joints (other than eyes and hands). This part of the project is for joints such as elbows and knees.
The elongated rectangular parts will serve as framework and parts to "attach" the visual appearance of the robot. The frame will also serve to guide the wires so that they are visible as little as possible.
Printed parts:
   - 1x Knee-A: Supports both one of the gears and the servo motor
   - 1x Knee-B: Gear for transmitting maximum force from the servo motor
   - 2x Knee-C-2X: Supports bearings to reduce energy loss through friction
   - 1x Knee-D1 and 1x Knee-D2: Non-identical parts to create the gear for receiving the rotation
   - 2x Knee-E: 2-piece2 axle between the bearings and the wheel of reception
   - 1x Knee-F: Any receiving bone adapted to change as needed
Non-printed parts:
   - 1x SG90 servo motor
   - 2x Bearing 8x12x3.5
   - 8x M2.5 8mm screws
   - 6x M2.5 nuts
Steps:
1 - Cut a small white piece supplied with the servo motor to insert it into the "Knee-B" piece
2 - Slide the "Knee-B" piece into the slot of the "Knee-A" piece to allow assembly with the servo motor
3 - insert the servomotor into the rectum of the piece "Knee-A" and assemble with the small white piece
4 - (Optional) You can aim the gear "Knee-B" to the servo motor
5 - Screw the servo motor to the "Knee-A" part. The use of nut is optional depending on your impression of the room
6 - Place the "Knee-D1" and "Knee-D2" pieces face to face
7 - Insert the 4 nuts in the slots of "Knee-D1" and "Knee-D2"
   8 - Screw "Knee-D1" and "Knee-D2" with the piece "Knee-F"
9 - Place the bearings and nuts in the "Knee-C-2X" parts
10 - Insert the round ends of the "Genou-E-2X" parts into the 2 bearings
11 - Insert the rectangular ends of the "Knee-E-2X" pieces into "Knee-D1" and "Knee-D2"
12 - Aim the "Knee-C-2X" parts on the open side of the "Knee-A" part
