I cutted the broken one off the receiver and used a soldering iron to solder the new spare arch in place (non-impresive skills shown on picture)
Better to put it together laying the blaster half on a flat surface or while the barrel is in.
Sanding flat and gluing the piece on instead of soldering it should work fine.
Printing the arch verticaly gave better results than flat (see side-to-side picture).
The left arch is slightly shorter due to A180 design.
