The design is based on the display stand from Kamen Rider's SO-DO figure line, essentially a stripped down version that doesn't have all the fancy pegholes and hinges for displaying the armor. If you have a figure that needs a stand, this is the purpose it serves.
The various pedestals and struts I will describe were made for related figure lines, like Kamen Rider's SHODO, or Super Sentai's YU-DO. But if you have a 1:18 scale figure with a 3mm foot peghole, this should be of use to you.
The struts include a basic one with nothing added, one with holes for SO-DO hand storage (which, for context, use different peg sizes), and one with 3mm holes for whatever you want - but also good for SO-DO Saber hand storage. The "Level 1" strut is for the chibi forms from SO-DO Ex-Aid - those don't use foot pegs, for the record.
The SHODO Sasser, with its goofy in-joke name, is a little basket for the SHODO Kamen Rider figure line - it pegs into the SHODO strut. Basically, you know that soft plastic block that you keep all the hands pegged into, which wraps around the figure's foot? Slide that onto this basket with the foot gap facing down. SHODO has apparently used slightly different sizes for this block, but it seems like this one will work with most of them.
Credit to Blade Raider (@bladegnome on Twitter) for the SHODO Sasser design and concept. Due to SHODO's soft plastic, I felt it was risky to make a PLA piece that could potentially wear down that plastic, so it was suggested that I pursue this basket design for the existing hand storage piece.
I use a Flashforge Finder Lite, one of the cheapest, so you should be good to go. All parts have been positioned for you. Support is needed for all of them. Because these are not detailed models, I've been successful in printing these at standard quality to save time.
Here's a list of known figure lines that work with this. Most of it is Kamen Rider, and was researched by Frozen Stratos (@FrozenStratos on Twitter) since he owns a lot of these things. If you found something that works with this, feel free to comment.
Figure lines that use both the waist and foot pegs:
Kamen Rider Gaim: Arms Action Gaim
Kamen Rider Drive: Driving Action Drive; I'm told the foot peghole seems tight.
Kamen Rider Ghost: GanGan Action Ghost
SO-DO's Kamen Rider; That's where I got the design from.
Super Sentai's YU-DO; Applies to all YU-DO lines. I can confirm the Tall pedestal is useful here.
Figure lines that only use the waist peg:
Kamen Rider Fourze: Module On Fourze; The waist seems loose, as if intended to be 3.25mm. Due to how prints may turn out thicker than intended, you may be fine. The "Short" pedestal works here.
Kamen Rider Wizard: Style Action Wizard
SHODO's Kamen Rider; Applies to all SHODO lines. Waist peghole may be higher depending on design, so try the "Short" pedestal if needed.
Figure lines that only use the foot peg:
Jazwares' Fortnite
Spin Master's DC Universe
Known figure lines, relevant to Kamen Rider/Super Sentai, that do not have any pegholes for this:
Kamen Rider Ryuki World
Kamen Rider Faiz World
Candy Toy Rider Action
Kamen Rider: Motion Revive Series
Kamen Rider Decade: Final Attack Super Transformation Decade; Waist/foot pegholes exist, but are larger than 3mm.
Kamen Rider W: Revol Change W
Kamen Rider OOO: Combo Change OOO
