My spouse wanted to buy a bunch of copics because she loves the super brush nibs. I've been trying to teach myself 3D design, so I tried my hand at designing a printable marker that will take their nibs. You can use the filling from an all cotton tampon as the filing to hold the ink. You might have to clean the hole just a bit to get the nib in. It should be a tight fit. The nibs don't need to be bottomed out to feed and are a lot easier to remove if you don't push them in all the way. You may also have to clean up the first thread on the bottom of the marker to get the bottom cap to thread on.
Update New version uploaded (V2). It's a little bulkier (just the cap), but it seals better. The test marker did eventually dry up and have to be re-hydrated with alcohol. I'm looking to solve that or at least stretch the time intervals. Note, V2 bottoms will fit onto V1 markers and make them seal a little better, but the tops wont.
Printing Tips:
You want low layer heights and you want at least one fat inner wall. That is what will prevent leaking / evaporation. I used 0.05 layers with 0.4 width for outside walls and 0.65 for the inner wall. The marker in the picture has stayed hydrated for over a week with no signs of drying out. The same would likely work at 0.1.
0.2 would likely be pushing it, though you could maybe use two fat layers to compensate.
