Integrated 18650 battery and charger holder. To be used as a headlamp battery, I used it for Moonlight Bright As Day 700 Headlamp. Holds 2 cells. Parts are deisgned to be glued together.
I used Panasonic NCR-18650B -cells connected in parallel: https://www.ebay.com/itm/254014420611
I also used a discharge protection circuit that was integrated to a charger. I used an USB-C TP4056 circuit, that protects battery from undercharge (2.5V), overcharge (4.2-4.25V) and overcurrent (3A): https://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-C-TP4056-1A-Lithium-LiPo-18650-Battery-Charger-with-Discharge-Protection/274277609686
You also need some solder, cable and a connector that fits your headlamp. You need some tools and skills to solder the cells without heating them up too much.
NOTES:
Creator takes no responsibilty of any damage that this battery holder or the components used might cause. You must check the used components yourself to be used together and to be used with the headlamp you might be using it with.
Check if the discharge protection limit is enough for your. The circuit I used has a 3A limit and that was not enough for the lamp in the picture. Discharge limit kicks in when the battery is halfway used. (With constant wattage lamp, current increases when voltage decreases.)
WARNINGS:
You must balance the cells before making a parallel connection. Ignoring the balancing may cause a FIRE or even an EXPLOSION during first contact.
You must use a protection circuit with bare Li-ion cells or the cells might become unstable and cause a FIRE or even an EXPLOSION.
